CourtlyGo is a free directory of tennis, pickleball and padel courts. We designed it to work without collecting personal data about you. Contact for any privacy question: hello@courtlygo.com.

What we do not collect

• There are no accounts, no sign-up forms and no payments on this website or the MCP server.
• We do not set cookies, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
• We do not sell personal data.

What happens when you visit

• Server logs. Like any web server, ours records technical data about each request (IP address, time, requested page, browser type). We use it to keep the service secure and working and keep it for a short time, after which it is deleted automatically.
• Analytics. We do not run analytics at the moment. If we add it, it will be a cookie-free tool and this notice will say so.
• Your own browser. The city pages remember your map position and filters in your browser's session storage so the "Back to map" button works. This stays on your device and is not sent to us.
• Services we load. To show the site we load fonts from Google Fonts, the map library from unpkg.com and map tiles from OpenStreetMap. When your browser requests them, those services receive your IP address and browser details, under their own privacy policies (Google, OpenStreetMap Foundation).
• Links to other sites. Links to maps and venue websites open in a new tab; those sites have their own privacy practices.

MCP server and API

Requests to the MCP server (and the API when it launches) are logged in the same way as website requests (IP address, time, which tool was called and with which search parameters) to run the service, prevent abuse and understand how it is used. No account or key is needed.

If you email hello@courtlygo.com we keep your message and our reply so that we can help you. Ask us to delete it at any time.

Court data is not personal data

The database describes sports venues, taken from OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL). If you think a record about you or your property should not be listed, write to us and we will review it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR) you can ask us what we hold about you, to correct or delete it, or to stop processing it, and you can complain to your local data protection authority. Write to hello@courtlygo.com; we reply within 30 days.

Children

The service is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

If this notice changes, we will post the new version here and update the date above.
