Terms of use

These terms cover the CourtlyGo website, the MCP server and, when it launches, the API (together, "the service"). By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. What the service is

CourtlyGo is a free directory of tennis, pickleball and padel courts. It gives information only: we do not take bookings, sell court time or act for any venue. The service is free of charge for now. We may change, limit or stop any part of it, and some parts are labelled "coming soon".

2. The data can be wrong

Court data comes from OpenStreetMap, which is mapped by volunteers, and can be incomplete or out of date. "Not mapped" or "unknown" means nobody has added the information, not that the answer is "no". Check opening times, access rules, prices and safety with the venue before you travel. Answers given by an AI assistant that uses our data are not guaranteed to be accurate.

3. Using the data

• Court data is © OpenStreetMap contributors and available under the Open Database License (ODbL) 1.0. If you use or share it, credit OpenStreetMap contributors, keep the license and share derived databases under the same terms. More: Data & license.
• The CourtlyGo name, logo, design and software are ours and are not covered by that license.

4. Acceptable use

Please do not break the law, send abusive or automated traffic that overloads the service, try to bypass limits or security, or use the service to harass or locate individuals. We may limit or block use that harms the service. Need higher volume, bulk export or a custom feed? Email hello@courtlygo.com.

5. No warranty, limited liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without promises of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made using the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

6. Links

The service links to maps and venue websites that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the current version; using the service after a change means you accept it.
